Fana Molano

Ms. Fana Molano has been a dedicated member of the Manor Montessori team since 2017. Originally from Colombia, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication, as well as a Master’s degree in Communication and Marketing. Before joining Manor Montessori, she worked at the Newark Museum, where she developed educational programs for children and families. Ms. Molano is an enthusiastic advocate of the Montessori methodology. One of her greatest joys in teaching Montessori is nurturing children to become independent learners and fostering their growth as peaceful leaders in their communities.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Molano finds immense pride in being a mother to two wonderful girls.

Alongside her dedication to education, she is a yoga practitioner who also loves to explore new destinations through travel. Whether it’s strolling along the beach, visiting museums, or simply embracing life’s adventures. Her heart also belongs to her furry companions, as she is a devoted dog lover.
