Staci Allison

With over 25 years of experience working with children from infancy through elementary age, I have had the privilege of spending the last 19 years as part of the Manor Montessori family. Both of my daughters attended Montessori programs, with my youngest proudly graduating from Manor, making my connection to this community both professional and personal.

I’m passionate about helping children grow—not just academically, but also socially and emotionally. Watching them develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning is the most rewarding part of my work.

Outside the classroom, I’m a devoted Washington Capitals fan and love attending games whenever I get the chance. Go Caps!
