Yani Ayala
Toddler Lead Guide
Mrs. Yani Ayala has a passion for early childhood education and believes that these are the
most important years in a child’s life. She has an AMS infant/toddler credential and a Maryland Office of Child Care infant and toddler CDA. Yani also holds a Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Teacher Credential. Yani has a total of over 25 years of experience working with young children, and 18 years working with 2-3 year- old children. Being a bilingual teacher, Yani also teaches Spanish to the Kindergarten children at Manor Montessori.
Yani loves traveling, the sea, and nature. At home, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs.
